wishlist wednesday!

you know one of the things i really hate about being a woman, besides aunt flo? it's the way we can talk ourselves into believing we really need something that, when we think logically, know we can live without (even though it's difficult). when it comes to shoes, and especially boots, i wish i could be more like a man, in that i'd be happy living with only three pairs. well, i'm all woman about boots, and as far as i'm concerned, the more i have, the happier i am! here are a few pairs i can't live without wouldn't mind adding to my small (even though chris would disagree) collection...

i know the last two pairs aren't boots, but i want them just the same. sources: 20twenty vintage, lolly crisp vintage, blueberry deluxe, rarae aves, need supply co.

now that we got the wish list out of the way and i can mourn over all the shoes i don't have, i have a few questions for you... i've lost several followers this last week, and while i know it's completely normal, and i'm not taking it too personal, i want to know what you expect in a blog. i've asked before, but be honest, even if you say my blog totally sucks and needs a major overhaul; you won't have to see me crying because of the shield that is the internet. kidding. but seriously, what would you like to see more or less of? do you like the wishlist wednesday posts?

    I have this same problem and can't wait til winter so I can buy new boots because my other ones (yes all of my boots) are getting holes in the soles. Yay!

    Did you see the latest catalog from Fossil? Because I basically want to buy all the boots in it. All of them.

    And my followers fluctuate when I do giveaways -- I think some people join when it's going on, and once it's over, they're gone. Which sucks, but if they didn't really want to be there, then I guess I don't want them to be there either.

    Your blog is perfection. Do not change a thing -- unless it's making it more perfect, of course. :D

    aw, your blog is so cute.
    my followers come and go too. but mine's just a baby blog, i just broke 150 yesterday [woohoo]. whenever i lose followers i feel like i need to change and become more like other blogs with lots of followers--but that's just no fun for ME! so. speaking of followers and followings, i'm going to follow you.

    I love shoes, and I love it when other people post shoes they love, 'cause then it gives me other shoes to love, too. Ha.

    I adore the last ones... floral brogues are so prettyyyyyyyyy! I like your blog just the way it is! In general I don't like too many posts with too many things to read (like shit loads of apragraphs garrrr).. I like a mix of words and pictures, but I also don't like posts with all photos all the time. I dunno. You're great just the way you are! xoxo

    I have an easy solution to that shoe dilemma. Have man size feet! I take a UK 9 which I think is a US 11 :(
    Therefore your shoe options are drasticaly limited and you find yourself, or should I say I find myself, living in converse.

    And there is nothing wrong with your blog - it's interesting, informative and fun. :)

    I love your blog and I didn't start following due to a giveaway. I started following b/c one of the blogs I read linked you and some others and your content caught my attention.

    Now onto bigger matters, i.e. the boots. I love these types of posts b/c it opens my eyes to things I wouldn't pick out for myself, but giving them a longer harder look, I now long for them as well and will obsess and drive my husband nuts till I get them. :-D Or something like that.

    Personally I think your blog is perfect the way it is :) If you lose some followers, you find better ones and they're always worth it.
